This Privacy Notice explains the data Center collects, how we use it, and for what purposes. Center collects data from your interactions with our products and services to provide you with relevant content and experiences. Products and services include our website, our mobile and web applications, and interactions with Center team members. You provide some of this data directly, and we receive some of it by collecting data through your use and interactions with our products and services. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Center, including your privacy settings and the products, services and features you use.

(referenced throughout this Notice as “Center,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) to describe the Personal Information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and the choices available regarding our use of such information. Personal Information is information relating to you that enables us to identify you, for example, your name, email address, and information about your access to the Services (defined below). We also describe the measures we take to protect the security of the information we collect and how to contact us about our privacy practices. By accessing, browsing, or using the Services, you expressly consent to the collection, use, storage, processing, and disclosure of your information, including Personal Information, as described in this Notice. Information You Provide To Us

Our Use of Analytics and Targeted Advertising Tools

 “DO NOT TRACK” SETTINGS

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” privacy preference. Generally, when a user turns on the “Do Not Track” signal, their web browser sends a message to the website indicating that the user does not want to be tracked.  Currently, our Services do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals. 

LINKS TO OTHER WEBSITES AND THIRD PARTIES

For your convenience, the Services contain links to other sites (“Linked Sites”). We have no control over, and are not liable or responsible for the privacy practices, terms of use, or content of Linked Sites. The Linked Sites may collect Personal Information from you that is not subject to our control. The data collection practices of Linked Sites will be governed by that site’s privacy policy. Social Sharing

We embed social sharing icons throughout our Services. These sharing options are designed to enable users to easily share content from our Services with others using a variety of different social networks. SECURING AND RETAINING YOUR DATA

Securing your data

We maintain reasonable safeguards for our Services designed to protect against loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the information we collect, including, but not limited to, role-based access controls to ensure Personal Information access is limited only to authorized users.  Despite these efforts, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials for the Services.   Center will treat access to the Services through your account credentials as authorized by you. Unauthorized access to password-protected or secure areas is prohibited and may lead to criminal prosecution. We may suspend your use of all or part of the Services without notice if we suspect or detect any breach of security. If you believe that information you provided to us is no longer secure, please notify us immediately using the contact information provided in this Notice.

Children

While our website is designed for a general audience, we will not knowingly collect any data from children under the age of 18 or sell products to children.

Please do not attempt to sign up for our Services, create an account or send any Personal Information about yourself to us if you are under 18 years of age. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from someone under age 18, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that someone under age 18 may have provided us Personal Information, please email legalnotices@getcenter.com. Our privacy team will act upon this information as quickly as possible.

We reserve the right to change this Notice at any time, in our sole discretion. We will post changes to the Notice on this page and encourage you to review it each time you visit the Services to stay informed. If we make changes that materially alter your privacy rights, we will take appropriate measures to inform you, consistent with the significance of the changes we make.  The updated Notice will govern your use of the Services as of the Effective Date indicated at the top of this Notice.
